High Gear Ratio ZQD series Overhead Crane Cylindrical Gearbox for Hoisting
Brief Introduction
ZQD Cylindrical gear reducer gear carburizing, quenching, grinding, high bearing capacity, low noise; mainly used for belt conveyor and various kinds of transport machinery, can also be used to drive other general machinery. It has the advantages of high bearing capability, long service life, small volume, high efficiency, light weight, for the input shaft and the output shaft is vertically arranged in the driving device.
- Compared with general ZQ gearbox,the installation dimensions and input output shafts positions are kept the same.
- About the ZQ Large ratio gearbox just change the division face of the box into inclination,and the added high speed gear stage is above(please refer to the below installation drawing),the models are ZQ350+100, ZQ400+100, ZQ500+150, ZQ650+150, ZQ850+250 and ZQ1000+250.
- While about the ZQD Gearbox,the added high speed gear stage is below,and it is flat base construction(please refer to the below installation drawing),the models are ZQD400,ZQD500,ZQD650,ZQD850 and ZQD1000.
